Behind Elevated EA
ElevatedEA was founded by Megan Anderson, a seasoned executive partner and leadership advisor with over a decade of experience supporting C-suite leaders, optimizing operations, and driving strategic initiatives from behind the scenes.
With a career that spans Executive Assistant leadership, and Chief of Staff roles, Megan understands the unique power of a well-aligned executive-admin partnership. She has lived the challenges and opportunities from both sides—leading from the admin seat while advising at the executive level.
Megan launched ElevatedEA to fill a crucial gap: training that elevates both executives and their administrative partners—individually and together. Her approach is strategic, people-focused, and built on real-world experience, not theory.
